The olive branch is a widely recognized symbol of peace, reconciliation, and harmony dating back thousands of years. We could use more of these today than in recent years. I chose to make this kit as a symbol of my own hopes for peace and harmony in a tumultuous time. It also serves, selfishly, as an homage to my wife who grew up in Southern California with an Olive tree in her front yard.
