Shipping & Returns


All shipping will computed using Ship Station.

We make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day, please note that we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays so orders will be processed on the following business day. We offer ground shipping with FEDEX, UPS and USPS and will provide tracking information as soon as the items are shipped. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order. We only offer domestic shipping at this time.


Personal Care items are FINAL SALE as well as items purchased with a promotional discount that are otherwise full price. Full priced items may be returned 14 days from the date of receipt toward original payment method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us by email within 3 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the receipt included with the original payment.

We will contact you when your return has been received and processed. We make every effort to credit your card within one business day of receiving your return.


If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order and return the original merchandise separately. This will ensure the quickest service and that the exchange item you need is in stock.

In-store return policy

Purchases made in our retail store qualify for an exchange or back to its original payment method only for full-price merchandise returned with 14 days with receipt. Purchases are final on sale/discounted merchandise. Purchases made with a gift card are final.
